Here, you will make an impact by defining the methodology for how Solventum scales Digitalization across Global Supply Chain and ensuring that technology investments translate into repeatable, scalable, and valuable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data integration tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Data Management Platforms (Alteryx, Databricks, Palantir).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define the methodology for how Solventum scales Digitalization across Global Supply Chain.
• Ensure that technology investments translate into repeatable, scalable, and valuable business outcomes.
• Integrate business processes with technical solutions (data, analytics, AI) to ensure cohesive and actionable digital strategies.
• Design and deploy scalable architectures that enable enterprise-wide analytics and reporting.
• Align data architecture with Solventum’s tech stack and DART/enterprise framework to support end-to-end processes.
• Build and manage data models, dictionaries, metadata repositories, and APIs to streamline data access and integration.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in current architecture and development practices.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging data technologies and tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Intelligence Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
• Support data governance initiatives and enforce enterprise-wide data management standards.
