About The Position

You will be the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Manager for the Supply Chain Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional supply chain management and business operations to drive business growth and success. What You Will Be Doing As the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and coordinating business operations activities across functional groups. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide strategic financial leadership to the Materials Cost Management team. Coordinate generation of Material EACs/ETCs, sales forecasting, proposal estimates, and supplier reporting. Ensure EVMS guideline adherence, risk analysis, and communication to senior leadership. Collaborate with Material Estimating and cross‑functional leaders to align proposals with corporate policies. Lead recruitment, training, performance assessment, and recognition of subordinate staff.
