About The Position

Global Supplier Account Manager - Service, Repair & Installations You will lead end-to-end supplier relationship management-including commercial strategy, contracting, and performance-for key partners in this critical domain. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless installation and maintenance of Philips equipment. Your role: Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to enhance supplier collaboration, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. Own supplier negotiations and establish long-term agreements while scouting and onboarding new partners to expand service coverage. Monitor supplier performance using tools like GSRS (Global Supplier Rating System), integrating stakeholder feedback for comprehensive evaluations. Conduct in-depth assessments of supplier risk, compliance, and financial exposure, and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity. Drive cost-saving initiatives, promote Lean practices, and foster innovation and competition across the supplier base.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • You have acquired 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role. Including market analysis, supplier negotiations and process optimization within the MedTech industry preferably.
  • Your skills include deep procurement knowledge, sharp business acumen, and the confidence to deliver compelling executive presentations-plus, you have a solid understanding of the MedTech industry
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
  • You are an effective communicator and result driven professional with proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in international, cross-functional environments. You have a proactive "can-do" mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
