As Strategy and Operations Associate within this team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout the business. You'll combine expertise and thought leadership to design and deploy various go-to-market levers including role design, incentives, workflow design, and tools to equip the Large Partnerships and Tier 1 Partnerships teams to ensure YouTube and our partners' long-term success. You will focus on driving productivity and helping partnerships teams drive adoption of products and priorities across Large Partnerships and Tier 1 segments. In this role, you will own both the long-term goal and roadmap and co-ordination of day-to-day operations to ensure our service model design is aligned with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and creator and partner outcomes.
