The Global Strategic Accounts Fulfillment Leader is responsible for interacting with customers regarding their supply situation over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. May provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support.. This position reports to the Sr Director, OTR Process Leader and is part of the Global Supply Chain & Logistics team. This will be an on-site role located at our Marlborough MA, Logan, UT, or Duncan, SC office.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree plus 5+ years of experience in operations in an international environment - including supply chain and/or operations and/or customer service
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities supported by 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with ERP platforms such as Oracle and SAP
• Exhibits strong executive presence with the ability to independently lead or support high‑stakes customer meetings involving senior stakeholders
• Ability to travel 10%

Responsibilities

• Partnership with the Global Commercial Account Manager and become the global go-to person for fulfillment requests coming from the customer
• Drive supply chain process improvement with customer, commercial and customer service following existing portfolio/governance procedures and understanding constraints
• Support monitoring and trending of performance (on time delivery, past due backlog, lead time adherence) at global level.
• Support quarterly business reviews with customers
