The Job: As a Global Sourcing Manager, Electronic Components, you’ll be part of our Components Procurement team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, and delivering annual business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations—to drive best-in-class supplier partnerships and ensure the highest standards of cost, quality, and delivery. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for Motor Control Modules and PCBA, delivering value in productivity, service, quality, and innovation. Lead supplier selection, contracting, and negotiation processes for new and existing electronic component suppliers. Drive annual productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives across the motor control module and PCBA category, in partnership with the Tier 2 Electronic Components and Engineering teams. Track and report performance against goals and business metrics. Lead and execute data analyses supporting the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. Champion best practices in sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving value through effective supplier management and business reviews. Stay ahead of market trends and leverage insights to advance category strategies. Effectively influence, communicate, and lead at all levels within the company. You also have: Bachelor’s degree and a Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, engineering, supply chain or finance, ideally with a strong track record in electronic components or related fields. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in advanced sourcing techniques, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Global mindset with experience working in international and multi-cultural environments.
