Mediant, a BetaNXT company, provides investor communications technology and technology-enabled solutions to banks, brokers, corporations, funds and investment managers. Mediant's innovative technology ensures regulatory compliance and creates opportunities to strengthen shareholder and client engagement. The primary purpose of the Global Solutions team is to support our broker clients in the global marketplace through the notification of shareholders of general meetings, granting shareholders the rights to vote and submitting vote instructions through the proper channels. The Event Discovery team's purpose is to identify general meetings across the globe, set up meeting agendas, and complete the billing information as it pertains to each event on the Mediant platforms. The Verification team's purpose is to ensure all information is accurate prior to the information being released for distribution to our clients. These actions are all performed within our established procedural and regulatory guidelines. The Tabulation team's purpose is to collect vote instructions from shareholders and format Tabulation reports/instructions to submit to respective parties. This is a hybrid position, and we are looking for someone to come into our Cary, NC office 3 times per week.
