About The Position

This is a part-time operational support role focusing on key employee, customer, dealer, distributor, and vendor services for quality results, responsive service, and high efficiency. Process various Accounts Receivable/Payable, Corporate Credit Card and Program Services transactions to support one or more of these services within the Global Shared Services team.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • High School diploma required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an analytical, data driven business process role delivering high quality work and process improvement ideas.
  • Ability to understand and use basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate a mindset and openness for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle multiple work priorities at the same time and seek resolution as issues arise.

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year college degree emphasizing accounting, financing, marketing or general business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process complex customer payments that do not auto-apply or only partially apply.
  • Focus attention on accurately closing paid invoices timely.
  • Properly code customer payment deductions, discrepancies and disputes.
  • Process vendor invoices with or without a purchase order in the SAP Invoice Management system.
  • Focus attention on invoice discrepancies, vendor statements, and unapplied credit memos.
  • Research aged invoices and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries detailing invoice payment status.
  • Process employee requests for a new credit card, card closure, credit line increase, etc.
  • Support and research cardholders’ inquiries to conclusion.
  • Reconcile Concur invoices and post to the correct cost assignment.
  • Scan, audit and process distributor and dealer claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with distributors, dealers, consumers, internal personnel, and outside vendors regarding program details.
  • Offer process improvement suggestions and update process documentation as changes occur.
  • Collaborate with business teams across the company including sourcing for supplier issues, operations for inventory variances, credit for customer collaboration, and marketing for claim resolution.
