The Endoscopy Operating Unit, part of Medical Surgical, has created a business out of disrupting the status quo in the detection, prevention, and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and chronic diseases. We’ve done this by commercializing transformational technologies that improve patient management and standards of care while increasing access to our innovations worldwide. We improve patient outcomes by empowering gastroenterologists across the globe with artificial intelligence and disruptive therapeutic technologies. We have an exciting opportunity to continue strengthening our footprint as the undisputable leader in AI with a new opening – Senior Global Product Manager – AI. This person will be part of a highly visible, fast-moving team and will be responsible for market development and downstream execution for our AI portfolio globally. We are looking for bold thinkers who create new ideas to bring our best solutions forward to benefit our patients, business partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing or upstream marketing or other relevant customer facing experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or upstream marketing or other relevant customer facing experience.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global product strategy and 3–5 year roadmap for the AI portfolio
  • Define product positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead portfolio brand strategy including new indications and line extensions.
  • Partner with R&D on product development priorities and voice-of-customer inputs.
  • Define product phase in and phase out plans for the 3-5 year horizon.
  • Track global product performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage forecast inputs, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to expand market share and clinical utilization.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis.
  • Translate physician/customer insights into product improvements and marketing programs.
  • Provide market insights to downstream marketing partners for effective product launch planning.
  • Monitor market trends, reimbursement landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Serve as global product leader across regions.
  • Lead efforts for evidence generation, dissemination and education, partnering with clinical affairs
  • Influence stakeholders across R&D, clinical affairs, regulatory, and operations.
  • Support regional teams with training, education, and strategic guidance.
  • Ability to travel up 25%
