About The Position

We are looking for an individual proficient in end-to-end supply chain to create and deliver reliable supply plans to serve our consumers while aligning to inventory objectives. The planner is consumer focused, process and KPI driven, and is comfortable leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive and influence cross-functional stakeholders with clear and compelling insights, options and recommendations. The successful candidate instills trust, acts with courage, embraces and leads change, communicates vision and purpose, fosters teamwork, cultivates innovation and ensures accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of proven experience, education and training in Supply Chain.
• Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills.
• Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working.
• Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Ability to demonstrate good decision making in ambiguous circumstances.

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred with Tableau, Cognos, SSAS, MMX, SAP.
• Experiences preferred in supply/inventory planning and management, marketplace planning/buying, merchandising, demand planning, financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a segment of our full lead-time and/or responsive business.
• Work on initiatives to improve our supply planning capabilities and decision making.
• Play an active role in creating a dynamic culture of respect and inclusion.
