We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sr LOA Program Manager to lead and scale our Global Leave of Absence (LOA) and Workplace Accommodation programs, as well as spearhead our wellness and worker’s compensation programs. In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize our leave and accommodation strategies, ensuring compliance with global regulations, while delivering a best-in-class employee experience. You will partner with key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Equity, as well as external vendors to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-centric processes across our global workforce.
