Job Description The Global Security Systems Lead provides physical security systems design, installation, and technical support. This includes providing cost estimates, device mapping on site plans, programming, testing, and commissioning. It also involves system administrator functions, training of others, and assisting with system modernization projects. Furthermore, it requires troubleshooting the security systems hardware and software to support global operations. You will report to our Senior Global Security Program Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Security Systems Design and Administration role with a global organization
  • Experience with Honeywell Pro-Watch Access Control
  • Project and vendor management experience
  • Expertise in Physical Security hardware, software, and system technology to include access control, video management, intrusion detection, and other associated physical security systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee security system projects
  • Security systems administration and maintenance.
  • Associated IT ticket resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair of security devices or excessive alarms, develop solutions to reduce system issue reoccurrences.
  • Develop solutions and enhancements to keep security technology up to date with modern standards and practices.
  • Develop security systems specifications, documentation, and improvements.
