The manager will serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Key aspects include identifying and mitigating risks, tracking project progress using KPIs, and analyzing relationship metrics. Financial accountability for the contingent team budget, implementing best practices, and ensuring quality standards are also crucial. The position requires leading and mentoring a team of project managers, consultants, systems techs, and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment. It involves partnering with other program stakeholders to align delivery with client requirements, gathering feedback for service improvement, and ensuring seamless project integration. Post-program evaluations, conflict resolution, clear client communication, and detailed status reporting are also part of the role. The manager will continuously engage with external team resources for performance, mentorship, and disciplinary action, coach and develop team skillsets, and collaborate across workstreams. They will review organizational structure, work with other business units and vendors, and develop/maintain security services processes, procedures, and training. The role also includes developing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to the client, collecting feedback, strategizing on quarterly priorities, and driving delivery. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a core function.
