The formal title for this position is Global Business Process Owner II. This role is the primary global owner of the end-to-end business processes related to Service Lifecycle Management. This position is responsible for blueprinting, business impact analysis (BIA), incident ticket management, system enhancement planning, implementation, testing and user training. The primary objective of this position is to enable business growth and productivity through deployment, optimization and application of SAP or other key systems.
