As the Global Sales Tender Management Lead, you'll be at the heart of the strategy development for global accounts, building strong customer relationships and driving global growth by leading internal and external teams to deliver customer value. Partnering with the top customers within Kuehne + Nagel, this global function is a primary driver behind tender success and successful sales enablement. Your expertise will be a crucial part of building trust with our strategic customers. Are you ready to make a global impact? The Global Sales Tender Management Lead role is responsible for overseeing and guiding the coordination and execution of Tender Management (TM) teams across various hemispheres. This position plays a key role in supporting global key account managers throughout the sales process: strategic engagement including business reviews, customer profile and associated business profile set-up, and all functions of the tender management process. The primary objective is to drive success by enhancing the company's global sales presence and maximizing its share of wallet. In essence, the Global Sales Tender Management Lead role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration, effective monitoring, and strategic guidance with our top customers, thereby driving organizational growth and market leadership.
