Legends is seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. Legends is committed to nurturing rising junior and senior year college students, and graduate students with an interest in a career in sports and entertainment. Interns will play a key role in onboarding efforts, project execution, and helping drive value for our clients through sales research insights and innovative strategies. This internship is virtual, with the possibility of in-person participation for candidates based in New York, NY or Dallas, TX.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); CRM or data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) is a plus
  • Passion for sales, client service, and the sports/entertainment industry

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business groups to document and communicate business processes.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and storytelling materials that highlight strategic insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency and enhance workflows.
  • Research and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to RFP responses by gathering and organizing key information for proposals.
  • Help organize and maintain sales databases, CRM entries, and reporting dashboards.
  • Contribute to client onboarding and project support activities.
  • Participate in special projects and provide ad hoc support to the broader Global Sales team.
