This is an invitation to help create commercial excellence in MCE division. Come onboard to help create and support global sales process for a division where we will continue to expand horizons. About the position Your key responsibilities in this role will include to: Review current account management practices within MCE and define a segment appropriate key account management framework. Work with the division sales team to implement a tiered account management system to achieve target average revenue per key account Drive account review process working with the sales team at an appropriate frequency and work cross-functionally to execute division support activities Develop and execute strategic customer engagement initiatives Review the division’s go-to-market model for new and existing application segment and drive new initiatives in this area as required (e.g. Insides Sales process, Alternative Sales Channels implementation, Geographic expansion etc.) Ensure timely & accurate completion of the sales planning part of annual Business Planning process Develop and deploy sales training initiatives and selling tools including customer/ market related inputs for marketing activities Work with sales and supply chain teams to improve demand forecasting process for the division Support VP-Commercial with periodic data analytics and reporting Review and update the customer segmentation structure within ERP as required Collaborate with various related process owners to run and develop business critical processes and routines. The key to success in this role is effective collaboration across functions primarily Market Sales, Customer Service, Technology & Finance team members. This will be an individual contributor role. In this role you will report into the Vice President – Commercial for MCE division. The position will be preferably based in Hoganas location in Brazil/ US/ EMEA. The role will involve travelling both within and outside the country of location for customer engagements and internal meetings to the extent of 30% of time.
