About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to be a pivotal member of our Global Marketing team. This strategic role is responsible for arming our global sales teams with the compelling narratives, tools, and materials needed to win in a competitive landscape. You will act as the critical bridge between our central marketing/product functions and regional sales teams, ensuring our go-to-market strategies are flawlessly executed and our value proposition resonates powerfully with clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a similar strategic marketing role, preferably within the AdTech or media.
  • Demonstrated mastery of creating high-impact sales narratives and materials, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Expert proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva) with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, pitch strategy, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive benefits.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
  • A structured, business-minded thinker who is proactive, meticulous, and thrives in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and continuously optimize the full suite of sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive benchmarks, case studies, and objection handlers.
  • Lead the GTM rollout for new products, solutions, and commercial offers, translating complex product features and market insights into clear, client-centric value propositions.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for global sales teams, ensuring consistent adoption and effective use of all sales materials.
  • Develop industry-specific and solution-based advertising packages to help sales teams proactively address client needs.
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Insights, Studio, and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive message across all sales and marketing touchpoints.
  • Implement a robust feedback loop with global sales teams to gather insights, measure the effectiveness of materials, and continuously iterate to improve our commercial approach.
  • Act as the primary enablement partner for our North American sales organization, adapting global messaging for the US market.
