The Global Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in equipping our commercial teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive business success. This role is responsible for developing and delivering high impact training programs, optimizing enablement strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams. By aligning enablement initiatives with business priorities, this role enhances commercial performance, improves client engagement, and ultimately contributes to better patient access to treatment. Reporting to the VP of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, this role partners with Sales, Marketing and Global Practice areas to create a world-class sales enablement ecosystem.
