About The Position
The Internal & External Safety Expert at Sanofi is responsible for providing pharmacovigilance (PV) and risk management expertise to both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves maintaining knowledge of products and safety regulations, leading cross-functional Safety Management Teams, and ensuring effective communication with project teams and health authorities.
