At least 3 years of similar or related experience Under moderate guidance, prepare and market global new business & renewal submissions, including gathering information and the marketing and/or delivery of submissions to underwriters. Under minimal guidance, intake international property & casualty and employee benefits service request from all IMA market offices and process or assign accordingly. Request loss runs from carriers and international broker partners. Verify and reconcile accuracy of premium and commissions and prepare commissions statements for internal and external use as required. Under minimal guidance, responsible for policy and information entry of accounts for all internal and partner data systems. Act as liaison between IMA service teams and international broker partners for reverse flow accounts. Responsible for creation of commission allocations for foreign revenues. Responsible for creation of account workbooks, comparison spreadsheets, and summaries for all submitted, sold and bound coverages. Interact professionally and timely with clients and external partners via email, phone, and in-person. Responds in a timely, accurate and friendly manner to Producers, Practice Leads, Account Executives, Account Managers, and other internal associates. Support the department team by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service an account.
