Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, customer success, or related roles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing practices related to client references and advocacy
  • Ability to interact effectively with executives and senior client contacts
  • Strong initiative, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Team-oriented mindset, adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize a global client reference program that aligns with business objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with clients willing to participate as references
  • Coordinate reference requests, ensuring timely and relevant responses that showcase client success
  • Measure program performance through KPIs such as response rates, client satisfaction, and sales impact
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize the strategic use of client references
  • Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine and improve program processes
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for client engagement and reference utilization
  • Share program successes and reference wins internally to increase awareness and participation
