Requirements

  • Minimum two years of college or university studies in a program related to workplace/facilities planning, interior design, environmental psychology, or business with an interest in workplace design and strategy.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and Excel.
  • Experience with presentation tools and storyboarding, including graphic design and/or web design, and Office 365 tools.
  • Strong organization skills.

  • Experience in research methods and data analysis, including storytelling from available datasets.
  • Ability to take an organized and thoughtful approach to new problems.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including with remote team members.
  • A solutions orientation, balancing an analytical and pragmatic approach with maintaining sight of the team's aspirational vision.
  • Active listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Workplace Strategy Senior Director in development of supportive materials for the Global Real Estate function.
  • Administer the global Workplace Experience survey that is being conducted in June 2025.
  • Assist with subsequent reporting and analysis.
  • Develop communications materials, guidelines, or other analysis as needed.
