About The Position

During this 12-14-week paid internship, you will: Support financial modeling, market research, and data management for real estate transactions and strategic projects. Gain exposure to transaction management, construction project oversight, and portfolio analytics, contributing to GRE's vision of creating a dynamic, resilient, and efficient workplace.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (do not round).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Candidate must be located within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH.
• Strong motivation to achieve results, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Transportation to and from the worksite and for incidental business travel is the responsibility of the intern; approved business travel expenses (excluding daily commute) will be reimbursed.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework or minor in Real Estate, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in campus or community settings.
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
