Daiichi Sankyo Group is seeking a Global R&D Change & Enablement Intern for the Summer of 2024. This full-time internship, approximately 37.5 hours per week, is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a focus on Organizational Design, Change Management, Innovation, or a related field. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Work Life Balance Survey of employees within the Global R&D department, as well as assisting with the daily operations of the Change & Enablement team practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the globalization of practices and rewards within a leading pharmaceutical organization. The intern will be involved in various tasks, including participating in the development of the Work Life Balance Survey. This will entail understanding the background information, preparing survey questions using SurveyMonkey, and managing the distribution of survey requests and reminders. Additionally, the intern will compile the survey results into a PowerPoint presentation and contribute ideas on improving work-life balance within the Global R&D team. Furthermore, the intern will assist the change lead in operationalizing the Change Practitioners Community within R&D. This will involve researching best practices, implementing automation and collaboration tools, and establishing a resource library of Change Management templates. The intern will also help set up a blog for ad hoc communications related to change initiatives.
