About The Position

We’re looking for a Global Compliance & Quality Systems leader who knows how manufacturing really works — on the plant floor, in the audit room, and at the executive table. This role owns and evolves our risk-based global compliance program across manufacturing operations. You’ll drive regulatory alignment, strengthen our Quality Management System (ISO 9001), support global certifications (CE, ISO), and lead compliance audits across facilities worldwide. When there’s a gap, you’ll identify it. When there’s risk, you’ll mitigate it. When there’s an audit, you’ll be ready. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Global Quality, Procurement, and plant leadership to ensure products meet global standards, corrective actions stick, and compliance isn’t just a policy — it’s embedded in how we operate. You’ll also deliver targeted ethics and compliance training to plant managers and procurement teams, building accountability at every level. If you’ve led global audits, built QMS frameworks, implemented CAPAs that actually worked, and influenced plant leadership without hiding behind email — this is your lane. This is a high-impact role with global reach, operational depth, and real ownership. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.
