As a Global Program Manager, this role will employ consistent program management processes to manage complex programs, drive key initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of learning solutions for Veeam's sales organization. The role will partner with learning designers and coordinate cross-functional teams to analyze learning needs, scope solutions, and oversee the development and implementation of enablement. The role requires interaction and collaboration with the wider Sales Acceleration team, Global Sales leaders, and extended teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) and has a direct influence on the driving of core Veeam Business Improvement Strategies. The role also offers scope for creating & establishing new hallmarks of excellence & best practices of world-class enablement, working within a fast-growing company with opportunity to grow & work cross-culturally.
