The position serves as the primary escalation point for Type-3 tickets and is responsible for driving escalation resolution across various cross-functional teams (CFT) including SQAD, HW, Process, and KAT. Additionally, the role acts as a secondary escalation point for Type 1-2 escalations when involved by RPS. The individual will provide support via phone and may need to travel if required. Responsibilities also include supporting JDP/BETA/Critical Evaluation systems, participating in embedded training to gain knowledge, and preparing and delivering updates on programs and issues to customer technical teams. Furthermore, the role provides onsite project management support for critical penetrations and escalations.
