About The Position

As a part of the Global Product Stewardship Organization, the job holder will report to the Global Director of Product Stewardship with the following responsibilities. Monitor and evaluate emerging regulations for impact to Quaker Houghton both globally and regionally. This includes communication and reports on the impacts on volumes, revenue, and key customers. This role will support research activities related to acquisitions. Maintain the Product Stewardship sharepoint site by determining privacy requirements, access, public requirements, archiving, organization, and usage. Compile and report on metrics and KPI quarterly. Complete any NDA requirements and other product disclosures including IMDS, Ford Tox or other related to chemicals. Provide overall support for the Product Stewardship Leadership Team on research, regulatory preparation, presentations, vendor discussions, key meetings. This position manages regulatory data and compliance information both regionally and globally. The job holder will handle confidential information.

Requirements

  • BS degree (can be any technical major) Degree in technical discipline: Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Toxicology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environment, Health and Safety, or appropriate science related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the product regulatory discipline.
  • Experience in the specialty chemical or chemical industry desirable.
  • Experience with handling excel reporting and analysis of complex regulatory information.
