About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global product marketing strategies that drive growth, market share, and customer engagement within the Consumer Electronics and Industrial Electronics market. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product launches, enhance brand visibility, and support sales efforts across various channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a global role in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Proficient understanding of global market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape
  • Proficient project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Strategic ownership of the Display and Electronics Product Platform marketing operation into the Consumer and Industrial Electronics Market
  • Integration and harmonization of multiple division customer engagement efforts into harmonized and effective ones
  • Responsible for developing, designing and executing demand creation strategy for Display and Electronics Product Platform focused on Consumer Electronics and Industrial Electronics
  • Leading insights research to inform the customer journey maps and identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to define how 3M communicates with our customers
  • Develop plans based on persona objectives and drive their execution
  • Partnership with key stakeholders - work cross functionally and across multiple businesses to drive alignment, deliver growth expectations for Consumer and Industrial Electronics Markets
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of customer engagement programs and refining based on data
  • Lead special projects or areas of focus as identified through the marketing planning process and/or throughout the year as needed
  • Manage, coach and mentor colleagues to elevate the impact of the marketing organization
  • Drive annual marketing planning processes and implementation
  • Deploy marketing strategies, processes, and operational models based on the marketing plan
  • Lead agenda and organizing of Global Marketing Quarterly meetings to ensure transparency and visibility to Display and Electronics marketing community and ensure implementation of action items as relevant
  • Design and implement improvements for effective communications across Display and Electronics
  • Manage team that will generate and manage global toolkits for demand generation including brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, tech data sheets, posters, digital content and influence demo kits
  • Ensure asset management and ADA compliance processes are followed
  • Provide marketing support and ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry influencers
  • Support sales teams with tools, and resources to effectively promote and sell products
  • Oversee product naming, content creation, and claims development
  • Develop product content for market verticals and maintain/optimize existing product content and sales tools
