About The Position

The Global Product Marketing Manager at ByteDance is responsible for providing market intelligence and analysis to support product and engineering teams in identifying global ads measurement pain points and revenue opportunities. This role involves creating go-to-market strategies for ads measurement products, ensuring effective execution, and collecting client feedback to drive product adoption and revenue. The position requires a strong analytical background and the ability to educate cross-functional teams on competitive landscapes and market strategies.

Requirements

  • Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in designing measurement plans, performance measurement metrics, and media effectiveness learning agendas to drive progress on business KPIs.
  • 2 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting results from experimental design, standard experimental design, randomized control tests, data-driven statistical analysis, and attribution analysis.
  • 2 years of experience in evaluating methodology, data integrity, and statistical soundness of external measurement and providing consultations on measurement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Product and Engineering teams with market intelligence and analysis to identify global ads measurement pain points and revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct measurement across markets by implementing meta studies to understand product adoptions, market reactions, and impact.
  • Create go-to-market strategy for ads measurement product and ensure flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
  • Collect and distill client feedback on existing measurement product and drive revenue and adoption for existing products.
  • Educate internal cross-functional teams on the competitive landscape and provide market intelligence to help advise global measurement strategy.
