About The Position

The Global Product Manager - Vision Inspection is responsible for developing and leading the Maxcess Vision Inspection strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role involves overseeing the product life cycle of Vision Inspection products, ensuring alignment with market needs, and optimizing profit while meeting corporate growth objectives. The position requires collaboration with various functional areas and a strong focus on customer value and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering from a recognized college or university.
• 7-10 years of experience in Vision Inspection solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in product management in a complex environment.
• Strong collaborative and responsive performance.

Nice To Haves

• MBA from a recognized college or university with a marketing, business, or engineering major.
• Experience in Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things.
• Significant experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Maxcess Vision Inspection strategy for the MVS product line.
• Plan, organize, and control the implementation of Vision Inspection through all stages of the product life cycle.
• Direct the overall global Maxcess Vision Systems strategy and coordinate research and development for new products.
• Align new products throughout the stage gate process for Vision Inspection.
• Provide technical expertise and training to support Vision Inspection development.
• Define customer/market/product parameters leveraging Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and implement tactical plans for Vision Inspection strategy.
• Coordinate with Marketing for product advertising and trade shows.
• Conduct market research and track Vision Inspection market trends.
• Produce competitive analysis materials comparing Maxcess Vision Inspection solutions with competitors.
• Assist in developing pricing strategy and policies around Vision Inspection value.
• Generate sales aids and conduct technical presentations to support sales activities.
• Travel extensively (30%+) to develop strategies and support product launches.
