About The Position

Located in our office in Englewood or downtown Denver, you will work within our Global Product Line Management team as a Global Product Line Manager for our Thermal Management Couplings (TMC), focused on solutions in the Data Center market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing, outside field sales, application engineering and/or product engineering or business development experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for sales data analysis and graphing trends.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills to deliver high quality executive-ready presentations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing, specifying, or managing products for Data Centers and/or Quick Disconnect Couplings is not required, but highly preferred.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the data center market for the product line.
  • Translate customer needs, industry requirements, and trends into actionable product strategy.
  • Be the product champion for Thermal Management Couplings.
  • Ensure that feature, quality, and cost objectives are reached and that schedules are kept.
  • Support commercial teams with top-line accountability for the product line.
  • Coordinate Regional Product Line Manager (RPLM) engagement, alignment, and product knowledge.
  • Support the preparation of effective quotations, bids, and related negotiation documentation.
  • Provide insight and support into the necessary manufacturing capabilities, capacities, and footprint.

  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000
  • Bonus Eligible

  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
