About The Position

The YouTube Shopping team is at the forefront of this shift: connecting viewers to products they’ll love through the creators that they trust. This role involves developing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies for YouTube Shopping, focusing on user, merchant, and creator growth. It requires leading cross-functional projects, managing program execution, and driving operational excellence through OKRs and forecasting. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, go-to-market, business strategy, corporate planning, category management, or program management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
  • Analyze competitive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and build GTM plans across business models.
  • Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. Own program management and tracking for key programs.
  • Define and shape GTM plans and lead experiments/trusted tester programs.
  • Work with the regional GTM team and the product management team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross­-functional projects.
