Global Procurement, Third Party Management, and Shared Services (GPTPMS) Intern Start Date May 18, 2026 Location: Remote, Hybrid Optional Work Style: Remote/Hybrid (1-2 days in-office/week) Duration: 10-12 Weeks | Full-Time Make an Impact This Summer Make an impact on how we source, manage, and elevate the suppliers who help power our business. As a Global Procurement and Third-Party Management intern, you’ll join a team that plays a strategic role in how we select, manage, and partner with suppliers across the enterprise. You’ll work on high‑visibility projects, learn from ambitious and compassionate experts, and present your insights to senior leaders at the end of the summer. What You’ll Do During this 10‑week internship, you’ll take on meaningful work across our four core areas within Global Procurement, Third Party Management & Shared Services (GPTPMS): Drive Insights and Process Improvements Analyze current processes to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency using technology and process‑improvement methods. Evaluate supplier data, including historical spend and risk assessment outputs, to develop supplier profiles used at senior leadership levels. Advance Supplier Risk and Performance Tools Build or enhance tools that assess supplier risk by interpreting multiple data types and producing clear risk scores for business partners. Create guidance materials that help internal teams understand supplier risk assessments and make informed onboarding decisions. Support Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Contribute to initiatives that improve contracting, category strategy, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement across the procurement organization.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising junior or senior in supply chain management, Business Management/Operations, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to gather data, generate actionable insights, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership through academics, work experience, or campus involvement.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
