About The Position
The position involves technically guiding and qualifying suppliers of Form Coils, Metallic parts, and relevant interface products. The role requires creating and implementing best practices to meet Enercon's quality requirements, policies, processes, and procedures. Additionally, the candidate will initiate and support category management for supplier selection and qualification using benchmark methods and previous lessons learned. The position also entails qualifying products through APQP/PPAP methodologies and developing approved suppliers through supplier-specific action plans based on on-site reviews and periodic assessments. Periodic quality reviews of designated categories and strategic target agreements are also part of the responsibilities, along with serial supplier integration focused on minimizing supply risk and reducing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).
