About The Position

Global Procurement Senior Manager, Snacks OEM Capital position reports to the Global Procurement Senior Director, OEM Capital and Construction. Main mission and vision of the global Capex OEM is to enable growth through flawless project execution by implementing affordable, smart, sustainable solutions through capable teams.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations
  • 5 - 8 years experience in Procurement/ Engineering with a major consumer goods organization
  • Interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills a must
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management in multicultural settings across geographies and businesses
  • Demonstrated history of developing and effectively setting and executing strategies that yield year-over-year productivity across geographies and businesses
  • Demonstrated history of operating independently and successfully to influence and drive agendas interfacing at senior levels with suppliers and internally with stakeholders
  • High level of leadership in problem solving and conflict management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills in operating matrix organization

Responsibilities

  • Managing and leading snacks OEM suppliers globally
  • Analyze category spend through the use of latest digital platforms and solutions
  • Determine business need through understanding current and future requirements
  • Assess supply market through supplier segmentation and strategic relationship management
  • Develop category strategy relevant to business needs and constraints on the short and long term
  • Strong analytical commercial negotiations and sustaining results
  • Developing long term supply strategies for delivering on Capital OEM strategic must win battles on the faster, stronger and better calendar
  • Focusing on leading and delivering the productivity calendar
  • Strong strategic leadership cross functionally internally and externally to drive the agenda on business priorities
  • Facilitate best practice sharing globally through accelerating knowledge transfer to the Market Supply Offices and Business Units
  • Leading the innovation calendar internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers
  • Leading the sustainability calendar internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers
  • Leading the digitization calendar internally and externally where relevant
  • Managing relevant compliance scope
  • Leading the transformation plan through data driven culture

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
