Clarios is looking for motivated undergraduates to join our Global Procurement Development Rotational Program. This Program at Clarios is designed to provide early-career professionals with diverse business experience across various Procurement functions. This 3-4 year rotational program consists of rotations in key functional areas, allowing employees to gain technical and leadership skills. Rotations will be selected to provide a unique perspective on how value is created for the business. Individuals will work closely with different departments to enhance their skills and knowledge in Procurement. The program aims to build future leaders and increase the company's bench strength in these critical areas. Open to Undergraduate Seniors graduating December 2024-May 2025 (Program start date: June 2025). Program rotations could consist of: Buyer (Indirect Procurement -IT and Services), Data Analytics, Logistics, Procurement Finance, Direct Material, etc.

  • Support the Global and US/CAN Procurement functions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Procurement, IT and Logistics strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Procurement processes.
  • Participate in RFx, supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Analyze category data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Support the management of international logistics providers.
  • Coordinate international shipments with suppliers and carriers globally.
  • Establish proactive logistics reporting using MS Suite, PowerBI, and other SaaS tools.
  • Monitor and report on Procurement performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or another quantitative field is required.
  • Previous internship experience in Supply Chain or Procurement related work in a corporate environment required.
  • Microsoft Office proficient, familiarity with Teams using video and audio technology.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to commit to this program for 36 months.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • An understanding of Supply Chain principles and practices as it relates to procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations.
  • 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA.
