About The Position
We're looking for a skilled Global Procurement Process Leader to join our growing team in Selma, Texas. The role involves managing and overseeing the development and implementation of the critical Procurement Process for the worldwide Munters organization to support the business with mission-critical processes within procurement. The leader will oversee the business process design and the associated metrics for the Procurement network, including defining Global processes, policies, procedures, and templates, conducting impact assessment workshops, and approving process changes in alignment with developed goals and strategies for the global Munters Procurement Process network. The position also requires ensuring adherence to global procurement processes through the Process Excellence Network and aligning and directing business needs into tangible development initiatives. Additionally, the leader will identify improvement opportunities within the global procurement process and ensure the implementation of improvement measures in the global Munters organization.
