HubSpot is a rapidly growing publicly traded technology company that has organically grown revenue from just under $100 million at the time of our IPO in 2014 to close to $1.3 billion in 2021. With top-line revenue growth and an increase in the absolute dollar value of expenditures expected for years to come, we are looking to hire a Global Procurement Category Manager to assist our Procure to Pay team in building out a global procurement strategy and centralized function that will scale with the growth of the Company. The Global Procurement Category Manager - Marketing, Events, & Travel will interface and collaborate with internal stakeholders and externally with vendors to negotiate Global Procurement related Contracts, Mutual Non-Disclosures, Master Services Agreements, and Statement of Works in a centralized Procurement model. The goal is to consolidate the supply base, drive and coordinate the review, negotiation and administration of all company Procurement Contracts, including marketing and general services, partner, contractor, vendor, and other corporate agreements. Beyond traditional procurement, this individual will serve as a strategic thought leader, proactively collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide insights that holistically inform business decisions, shape budget planning, and anticipate future needs to drive overall company success. In addition, this role will be integral to successfully implementing and launching a Contract Lifecycle Management tool (CLM). This is a role within P2P where you will have the opportunity to build something and make a lasting impact in driving value for our US and International teams.
