The Regeneron Global Procurement Future Leaders Development Program is a comprehensive initiative aimed at nurturing early talent in procurement. This full-time, two-and-a-half-year rotational program is specifically designed for recent university graduates, providing them with a unique opportunity to gain diverse and valuable experiences across various global procurement teams at Regeneron. Participants will engage in at least three distinct rotational roles throughout the program, each lasting approximately one year for the first rotation and nine months for the subsequent rotations. This structure allows participants to immerse themselves in key procurement projects and events that span a wide array of goods and services, thereby equipping them with the skills and experience necessary to excel as procurement professionals. During the program, participants will collaborate closely with internal colleagues and external suppliers, gaining exposure to various activities within Global Procurement and Regeneron. They will receive dedicated support from a program lead, ensuring they have the guidance needed to navigate their roles effectively. A typical day for a Global Procurement Associate may involve gathering business requirements from stakeholders, developing category strategies for strategic sourcing initiatives, analyzing data and market trends to inform procurement strategies, and engaging in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms. Additionally, participants will support global procurement efforts by participating in meetings with international colleagues and contributing to process and system improvement projects. The program not only focuses on developing procurement skills but also emphasizes the importance of aligning procurement strategies with Regeneron's business objectives. Participants will assist in the supplier selection process, including evaluation and contract drafting, thereby playing a crucial role in the overall procurement strategy of the organization. This program is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in procurement while contributing to the success of Regeneron.
