About The Position

The Global Process Owner for Time & Labor Management is responsible for driving alignment and integration. This position requires shared services expertise in Time & Labor and Payroll with a strong focus on systems thinking, transformational leadership, and automation, while providing expertise on best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in shared services, consulting, with at least 10 years in a global leadership role within a large, complex organization.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Expertise in the end-to-end global processes, Six Sigma, or other lean manufacturing.

  • Design and develop a long-term strategy aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain and drive a world-class operation through continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce processing time & costs, ensure compliance controls, and improve employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local regulations, managing risks and mitigating potential issues.
  • Optimize operations across all regions, ensuring timely and accurate operations for a global workforce.
  • Influence service line leaders and develop credibility with stakeholders on proposed new ways of working.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights and reporting on operational performance.
