Kenvue is currently seeking a Quality Investigation and CAPA Global Process Owner (GPO) who will serve as the key global contact for the Investigation and CAPA process within the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the processes are simplified, standardized, and compliant across all relevant jurisdictions. The GPO will be responsible for the business results related to Investigation and CAPA, which includes developing, deploying, and maintaining a unified Kenvue process that meets compliance requirements and supports the successful achievement of Kenvue's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). This process must be consistent across all manufacturing sites, marketing companies, distribution centers, and other Kenvue facilities. The GPO will collaborate closely with the GPO Leader and process stakeholders to establish a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are relevant to the specific process. These KPIs will include both compliance and business enabling metrics, which will be used to continuously evaluate the health of the process. The GPO will also identify gaps in the current processes and deploy action plans to improve performance, working with cross-functional and regional/local partners to implement necessary changes. This may involve adapting the process to meet emerging requirements or responding to audit observations as needed. In addition, the GPO will work with global Quality Systems teams to ensure the successful execution of the process at all levels of the organization. The role will also require collaboration with relevant data and technology teams to digitize necessary elements of the process. Furthermore, the GPO will drive change management activities related to the process and foster a change mindset to balance the rapid pace of implementing transformational change with the need to ensure compliance across all countries where Kenvue operates.
