This role is instrumental in driving the success of client projects and advancing strategic objectives across multiple spend categories including Air, Car, and Rail. The leader will allocate resources, oversee client engagements, and ensure high-quality project delivery while identifying growth opportunities. With a focus on innovation and team development, this position fosters strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of travel industry and consulting experience in mid to senior-level management
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • In-depth experience with the airline industry
  • Proven capability in managing multiple client relationships and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional international teams
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization software; AI experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a global and cross-functional multi-level team
  • Lead client engagements while managing project timelines, expectations, and resource budgets
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities in current and future client engagements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to differentiate products and services in the market
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
  • Identify competitive threats and emerging challenges, providing swift solutions to maintain relationships
  • Maintain constructive relationships with account and travel managers, sharing industry insights
  • Support client management and sales efforts by pursuing cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns
  • Drive improvements in tools and processes
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and best practices
