The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Global Portfolio Manager for the Home Environment Markets portfolio, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The person hired for this position will serve as a Global Product Marketer and Strategist for the Home Environment Markets business, including responsibility across segments of our category leading Filtrete™ brand and more. This position will provide global portfolio direction for both existing and new products. Here, you will make an impact by: Collaborating with cross-functional and Area teams to achieve global sales and gross margin operating plan targets for assigned product lines Leading portfolio and brand initiatives to drive the Filtrete(TM) brand consumer KPIs (growth, mix, household penetration, share, buy rate), including cross-functional team leadership to implement impactful programs. Drive New Product Introduction pipeline and select projects, partnering with Insights, R&D, Finance, and Marketing Communications team members to develop all deliverables needed for the Gate process and define a strong business case for the programs. Contributing to global strategic and marketing planning processes Researching, interpreting, and reviewing consumer insights and market information for trends and opportunities to influence portfolio plans and programs Overseeing product line pricing strategy and portfolio lifecycle management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Eight (8) combined years of experience in Marketing, New Product Commercialization, Sales, and/or Business in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Eight (8) years’ experience working with cross-functional teams in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or graduate degree from an accredited university, with focus on marketing, strategy, business development, and/or innovation
  • Previous experience working in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Previous experience working in the HVAC, air filtration, air care, or home environment product industries
  • Knowledge or experience in mass retail, online, and/or other consumer channels
  • Knowledge and interest in consumer behaviors and emerging consumer trends
  • Demonstrated success leading projects and cross functional teams to create winning solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret various data and drive to decisions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with the theories and practices of one or more disciplines such as: market research, channel marketing, business/market development, branding, new product development, marketing communications or sales.
