About The Position
Rubrik is seeking an experienced People Services Manager to join the People Operations team. In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal role within our world-class People organization as we continue to scale rapidly to support our hyper-growth business. This position is designed to help build and lead our shared services function, driving initiatives to shape a best-in-class, friction-free manager and employee experience. Your contributions will be critical in enabling efficiency across our HR organization and supporting our high-growth objectives. Additionally, you will oversee key administrative transitions, drive global process development, and lead project management efforts within our shared services team to optimize operations and ensure continuous enhancement.
