Your role will involve coordinating payroll setup for new hires, reconciling payroll transactions, and managing off-cycle payroll runs, bonuses, and commissions. You will also ensure tax compliance and year-end processing, monitor automated tax calculations, and manage garnishments and statutory deductions. Additionally, you will handle benefits administration, prepare custom payroll reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements within the payroll operations.
