Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Associate Director, Ukraine Sustainment Program Manager for the Ukraine Global Patriot team. You will be responsible for meeting the AOP and executing the Ukraine Sustainment programs within the portfolio. You will also be responsible for establishing priorities, optimizing performance and execution across all contracts, supporting both business and customer requirements. You will support the hardware, software, and services required to sustain Ukraine’s Patriot Integrated Air and Missile Defense capability, lead the development of capability roadmaps driven by the product roadmaps / development programs for the Ukraine Global Patriot product portfolio and the capture and execution of the modernization programs to maintain Ukraine’s Patriot assets. This is in various stages of developing missile defense that includes procurement, training, fielding, and sustainment. As problems involve multiple geographical sites and products, the Program Manager, requires knowledge of weapon systems, country manpower, long term sustainment strategies, and experience to work with the in-country and USG military leadership to resolve training and fielding issues. Additional expertise required in advising customers on new products that provide value from our portfolio. This role is the primary interface with USG customer on sustainment requirements for Ukraine when questions arise with Global Patriot programs. Additionally, this position oversees a team that includes CONUS, expat, and international employees. Additional responsibilities include creating new business opportunities for both FMS and DCS contracts.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following: program management, engineering, and/or development
  • Leadership experience managing risk, cost, quality, and schedule for programs with domestic and international customers
  • Experience leading production programs to include subcontractor development and production

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in leading a $20-$75M a year program
  • PM Level 4 Certification
  • Experience with FMS and/or DCS programs
  • Experience in working with USG customers: IFMC, SHIELD, and SAMD
  • Experience developing strategies for and/or executing program Sustainment efforts (Technical Assistance, Spares, R&R, Depot, Training, Logistics, Modernization)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and mentor project staff to develop and enhance business, financial management, and project management skills and to entrench and improve inter and intra team collaboration to maintain and grow the capability and capacity of the team.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement, by the design, development, and implementation of projects to create efficiencies within the company.
  • Lead a multi-disciplined team to include the Program Management Office, CETs, CBTs, and Subcontractors/IOTs in the execution and growth of the programs
  • Develop effective relationships with both USG (IFMC, SHIELD, SAMD), US Army Europe, and Ukraine Air Defense customers
  • Manage the day-to-day program processes and PM compliance measures including EX/IM, EV and R&O
  • Oversee the application of disciplined program management tools and processes, to ensure compliance measures including EX/IM, EV and R&O
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
