About The Position

As Global Patient & Partner Marketing Lead, you will define and execute global marketing strategies that enhance patient experience, drive referrals engagement, that build strong, long-term relationships with patients and partners worldwide. You will translate global strategy into locally relevant initiatives, balancing consistency with regional flexibility, and act as a strategic partner to internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen ForMotion’s patient-centric positioning. We are looking for a marketing leader who can strengthen the connection between the people who trust us with their care and the partners who refer them to us. In this role, you will shape a global marketing strategy that puts patients first while empowering professional partners with the information and confidence they need. You understand that exceptional patient experiences are closely linked to strong partner relationships—and you build marketing that supports both sides seamlessly. You will create meaningful content and campaigns that resonate emotionally with patients and clearly support partners across all channels, from digital and social to print and events. Your work ensures that the journey is consistent, compliant, and true to our brand, no matter the market. Guided by insights and data, you continuously refine messaging and improve performance. You collaborate closely with commercial, clinical, digital, and technology teams to deliver a smooth, aligned experience from referral to care. Acting as a connector between global strategy and local execution, you help ensure that patients and partners benefit from a cohesive, trusted, and impactful marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on B2B or B2C engagement strategies
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and campaign execution
  • Experience in working with CRM and Marketing Automation solutions
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Experience in working within a healthcare or service-focused setting
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • A self starter
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, building a network internally and externally
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfortably working across cultures and geographies
