About The Position

The Global Partnership Team is seeking an experienced Global Partnership Manager to lead and optimize our key partnerships, ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals. What you’ll do: Responsible for creating, managing and fostering the relationships between Navan and our Global Partners within our partner network to ensure they are strategically aligned. Develop and nurture strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships that align with company objectives. Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring mutual value, compliance, and long-term success. Leverage data and analytical insights to enhance partnership performance and inform decision-making. Lead cross-functional Global projects and programme initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery of results. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align partnership network goals with business capabilities and technological advancements. Drive sales enablement initiatives to enhance the reach and effectiveness of sales. Some international travel is required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • 5+ years of experience in the corporate travel industry
  • Proven experience in streamlining business operations and optimizing workflows
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and revenue modeling to increase yield
  • Successful track record of influencing and engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to represent Navan to C-suite at partner companies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and quality
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, including working across global time zones

Nice To Haves

  • Beneficial to have experience in a Global Partnerships role
  • Experience in project and program management is a plus
